Our goal is to make the design and renovation process an enjoyable one, all the way from concept to completion. Our full service design has an intimate understanding of each detail that’s involved, so you don’t have to worry about any of them.

What To Expect

Our Process

1 - Let’s Talk

We’ll start with a complimentary phone call to get to know each other and discuss your project at a high-level. If we’re a good fit, we’ll set up a Design Consultation at your home or site where we can see the space & talk through the overall goals, timeframe, budget & intended scope of work. We’ll then prepare a proposal which includes details of our services including an estimate of hours and design fee.

2 - Gather the Details

After the agreement is signed, we’ll work on defining your goals and objectives, identify what inspires you and start scheming design concepts tailored for your project.

Photos and measurements of your space or home will be captured during our site measure for our virtual design program and to develop working drawings.

3 - Schematic Design

Once we have all the details, we get moving on floor plan layouts, furniture placement, and finding ways to maximize functionality. We’ll walk you through a real life view of what your new space will look and feel like and make changes based on your feedback to get the design concept buttoned up.

4 - Design Development

We source it all for you - from finishes to fixtures and everything in between! We will hold your hand through the selection process and offer concept boards, material layouts, renderings, and 3D modeling to help you get a sense for what will work beautifully within your established design concept and budget.

5 - Working Drawings

After materials and finishes are approved, we’ll put together schedules, specifications, detailed elevations and floor plans to provide clear instructions to cabinet makers, builders and/or general contractors, as needed.

Next up: construction!

6 - Project Management

From procurement, effective collaboration with all parties involved, offering resources and references to other professionals as needed, and regularly visiting the job site, we’ll ensure each detail of the implementation is going as we envisioned. We will also install any furniture and accessories requested to complete your home transformation.
